Fabulous hotel, great location.
Fabulous rooms, great staff, great location near train station, restaurants nearby, very close to Shinjuku Park and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Property is very close to the subway. The washer/dryer combo was great except it was difficult to initially start it. Quiet area. Staff was very accommodating.
Most of the staff spoke very little English. We were not told about the equipment instructions located on the television. It took us quite some time to figure out the washer/dryer combo.

Good option for decent price, near Shinjuku, great lobby and refreshments
The lobby was inviting and had a wonderful beverage station, with ice and hot drinks.
We stayed in 10 different cities on our trip, and this was the smallest room. The biggest issue was the room got very warm when the air conditioning was not on, when we were away. It took quite a while to get the room to a comfortable temperature once we returned to the room. The location is much further than I expected from the busy part of Shinjuku, but we chose this hotel based on lower cost. There was a large supermarket nearby, great to grab drinks and snacks. Next time in Tokyo, I would probably opt to stay somewhere in the center of the city, between Shinjuku and Ginza.
